Greetings from the Editor ~ April 2023

Lately, it has been brought to my attention that I am not responding well to stress.  It is affecting my work. So, I began to look into stress reducing behaviors.  Interestingly enough, I came to realize that since I had Covid in Jauuary/February 2022 I have been mad.  Prior to that illness, I was exercising every day. Once I got Covid I stopped due to illness and then have not been back consistently.  The first in the list of de-stressors is ‘exercise’. Second, is eating healthy. Third, is finding calming activities, and so on.  As you might imagine – I will be attempting to exercise, eat right and I have added a daily affirmation to my morning rituals.  I will let you know how it goes, in upcoming months.LL
