As we approach the end of year 2022, we can say – things have changed forever since the pandemic.  Older adults have discovered shopping on line, especially Amazon.com and Walmart.com, which offers easy shipping options with Prime Membership.  Staying at home and enjoying it has become a national pastime.  Streaming television services such as Roku, YouTube TV and Hulu to name a few have replaced the need for cable television services.  Customer service is not the same, sometimes better, although many times more automated, taking the personal touch out of the equation. Many brick and mortar stores have gone out of business or moved to the internet only.
