It is a New Year and a New Dawn for 2023. Not Born Yesterday! moved to internet only in April 2020 and will continue to use this format moving forward in 2023.

What is in store for us in 2023?

No one really knows, we only speculate.  Who will win the Super Bowl? Will we get enough rain in California?  Will we see good return on investments in the Stock Market?  What about real estate – considering the rise in prices in 2022; what will be the low point to balance that extreme?  What will be the cap on interest rates in 2023?

What can we control?  What we eat and drink…Who we hang out with…What activities we choose to participate in?  Whether we travel or stay close to home?
