Q – WHAT can I do to avoid these foods?
A – Avoid processed, prepared foods and eat organically grown and fresh foods as much as possible.

Q – HOW do I know whether I’m allergic to a particular food?
A – Observe any reaction to a food and test it by taking your pulse before and after eating. If pulse increases from 12 to 22 beats per minute, you are probably showing an allergic reaction to the food. Dr. Coca’s Pulse Test: 1. Take a 1 minute pulse test after sitting at least 10 minutes. 2. Eat at least 1 cup of the food you are testing. 3. Take pulse again after 10 minutes. 4. After 20 minutes of sitting, take pulse again. If the pulse is faster, this indicates you’re intolerant to the food. Eliminate that food for now. Re-introduce at a later time.

Q – WHAT else can I do to determine a food allergy?
A – Try rotating your foods on a 7 day plan, using little variety. Each day choose a different whole grain, fruit, protein, vegetable or starch. There is no limit to the amount of each food eaten only the variety is limited.

AllerDHQ also supports the body’s regulating function in addressing an overactive or distressed histamine response that are sometimes brought on by the environment. A bottle of 60 caps is only $40.
